Blizzard Post I

Well, things have taken a dramatic turn since my last post. If you remember on Friday, I was bragging about spring temperatures.

Blogger World, today the temperature probably reached about 5 degrees, give or take. Oh and we also received about 10 inches of snow, and we had wind gust of 50 mph. Honest to goodness! At one point the weather people were saying the wind chill was -30, and they were not being dramatic! Again, honest to goodness truth.

Yet, I remind you I only have 25 channels, and about 10 of them are worthless. I did attemp to watch a Spanish Soap Opera to liven things up. I lasted about 20 seconds. I did not recognize any words. I would like it noted that I obviously did not learn a single thing in my high school Spanish Classes. I only took two classes.
Since TV wasn't really an option for me I decided to be productive.....
I cooked a few things- nothing worth mentioning.
Did some laundry.
Watched the newest episode of Greek-don't judge.
Worked out in my living room.
Spent 43:55 minutes on the phone with an IT guy.
Finished a few work projects.
Talk to my family- we're all alive thanks for asking.
Counted the cars drive by- there have been 7.
AND...
Ate the last Jello Pudding cup.
Yup, I believe that covers my day. Stop by tomorrow and I'll talk about color coding my socks. Kidding.

Yup, boring here too. Took me half a day to figure out my Italy photo album. I did drive my Suburban and took my son to his friend's house about 4 blocks away - no problem, just super deep snow! Just made some Hot Fudge pudding cake - wonder how long it will last - I should try to work out, I guess!

You should come over, we just got Netflix in time for the big blizzard. Or I could teach you to sew. I'm trying to get some sewing projects done.

I'd say this is what you get for bragging about spring, but I didn't brag and we're gonna get pounded tomorrow, so...

see you should just move to Denver...our blizzards aren't that bad. Although this cold snap we're having this week is very out of the norm. Usually we get some snow and then the sun comes out and it's 60 degrees again. But this time our highs have stayed in the negative numbers...feels a bit like Michigan. I may have to buy a second set of long underwear.
