Friday Fun Fact

Just when I have you all fooled that Okies are completely normal, I hear this bit of information. In Enid, Oklahoma they have declared today- Friday, September 26, 2008, as National Mullet Day. I only wish I was making this up!

In case someone was born yesterday, a mullet is a hairstyle that is short in the front, top, and sides, but long in the back. This hairstyle was mostly popular from the early 1970s to the early 1990s; however, some are still sporting the outdated look. You can find the mullet roaming State Fairs and NASCAR events. Here is a good picture of a mullet. By the way, this is not my family, or anyone from my family, or anyone I even know.
I would like to be the first, and probably the only person to wish you a Happy Mullet Day! Seriously, what would you guys do without my Friday Fun Facts?

That family picture is BAAAADDDD! I just hope that poor little girl isn't scared for life.

The sister of a guy I dated in high school sported a mullet. :p She was the only one I knew who had one.

Ah, the ol' Camaro Crash Helmet.

Business in the front. Party in the back.

Love it!
