YUM.....I'll have to pick those two things up at the store, my kids LOVE pumpkin....I do too! Try it with some pasta, sausage and a little touch of cream, it's amazing!

my friend brought me this as a cake... she didn't even take it out of the pan... just mix and bake and serve. YUM!

I love those too! Have you ever tried it with the Duncan HInes Orange supreme cake mix? My fave!
Ok, I'm a little thick, or slow, or....maybe I just need it explained a little more.
You put the cake mix in a bowl, add pumpkin, stir/mix/etc, pour into a tin...and bake at recommended temperature for recommended time?
Can it really be that simple???
Cap'n Joe- it is really that simple. You just mix the two ingredients together and bake as directed on cake box.
I made delicious pumpkin cupcakes last year and learned that not a lot of people like pumpkin. The BF included.
