Be still my heart

Blogger World, I'm in love! It's true. You guys know my sick love for Fiber One Bars. Well now Fiber One has developed a new product, Pop-Tarts. They come in Strawberry, Brown Sugar Cinnamon, Blueberry, and Chocolate, each pastry has 190 calories, 4.5g fat, 36g carbs, 5g fiber, and 4g protein. Folks, my breakfast routine will never be the same. And just so you know, it was love at first sight. I might not be able to find the perfect man, but by golly I can find the perfect breakfast food!

I was watching Hunter overnight and he wanted a Pop Tart the next morning. I was appalled when I read the nutrition info on those suckers! :-/

TC, there's nutritional information on poptarts??? ;)

I have to take my breakfast in liquid & caffinated form. ;) And when I get around to having lunch/brunch there better be potatoes.

But I'm glad you found something that works for you.

I'm really glad you shared this. Some day when you're pregnant you'll be thankful you have a love affair with fiber.

Renee: Well "nutritional" might be stretching it... but caloric and fat information is definitely there. :-P

I actually saw these at the store this weekend and was a little excited...but didn't buy any.

TC- I'm too scared to look at the nutrition information for Pop-Tarts. I really don't buy Pop-Tarts, but as a child I loved them!

LB- Yup, HG informed me as well. Daily emails...gotta love them.

Kelly- I'm happy I could help out. Let me know if you try them.

Stacey- You didn't get them! AHHH...kidding.

Thanks, I'll probably try these too! They're only 3 points for Weight Watchers :) I love the low calorie, high protein bars... South Beach are my favorite I think because they have lots of protein.

So I have to say... I bought some yesterday while grocery shopping and tried one this morning... I'm less than impressed :-/ I was bummed because I really liked the cereal bars, but I didn't think these were good.
