5 Hours Later....

I met Pioneer Woman. Yup, Cool Coworker and I stood in line for 5 hours to meet the famous blogger. I know, call me crazy, or maybe a stalker...not for sure on that one. The time went by semi-fast, with some distractions for the crowd. First, we were distracted by the two punk daughters. They walked around and signed a few books. Then we were distracted by this...HELLO! Blogger World, he really is a good looking man! The pictures do not do this man justice. When he came out to sign books, you better believe pens and books were thrown at him! I even had him sign my book! He was very nice to sign books and chat with people waiting in line. I believe he signed pretty much everyone's cookbook. The third distraction was another punk. This little punk went around signing everyone's book. He didn't even ask if you wanted him to sign your cookbook, he just took your pen and started signing. It was cute.

After 5 hours of waiting and chatting with the whole family, I feel that PW and I are BFFs. I expect my invitation to the lodge will arrive any day now. Also, I'm 100% sure she's planning to set me up with Cowboy Josh. Don't be jealous!

I wanted to find you but man, that line! ha!

I ended up not being there very long, so no picture next to pw for me... I did get my book signed though!

I thought the same thing! I was there for about 2 hours, no pic.. had to leave the book there for her to sign too. You know, I think I met SuzSpeaks though, she knew my friend MomSpark! Anyways it was a fun night, went to Rococo's then stopped back by to check the line and it was still going at 10:30.. then had to go home to meet curfew! LOL..

I only waited 2 hours and 45 min. to get my book signed. She recognized me, but didn't remember from where until I told her. I stood and talked cows with MM for a few minutes while my friends got there book signed. I'll be happy to go with you when you meet Cowboy Josh. I've seen him ride a horse. I'll post about going after I post if Bill won the costume contest.
