Baby got back!

Dear Judi Jazzercise,

I would like to thank you for keeping me in shape these past few months. You see, I haven’t been running for almost 3 months. I have solely been Jazzercising every evening. Judi, you have developed some great routines that work my muscles very hard and I always walk away from class feeling great. But you see, my butt is starting to grow, and my pants are starting to get tight. I just can’t have this happen. So due to the enlarging butt, I have made the decision to start running again. Now, don’t worry I will continue to Jazzercise, but I just wanted to let you know that I will have another workout program in my life. Trust me, it’s for the best. I get cranky when my pants are too tight.

Ok Chick

As much as you work out, I find it hard to believe your pants are getting tight :)

Perhaps Jazzercise includes too many buttxercises so your glutes are getting ripped. Bigger glutes would definitely make your pants seem tighter.

I'm with John, but if running makes it smaller then go for it! My butt has always been big...my mom first started noticing it when I was 13. Ugh
I need to get motivated to do something about my thighs though.

Wow, you haven't run in three months??? I had no idea!

What's funny is that when I was running Sunday evening, I was feeling bad about only doing three miles, and I actually thought to myself, "Man, OKC runs at least five miles every time."

My pants are getting tight too! I asked a coworker if I looked fat in the shirt I was wearing yesterday and she wouldn't say.

I think some pics are required. TC, what do you say? Please post pics?

I had lunch with her yesterday. She has nothing to worry about!

I'm really surprised that Jazzercising makes your butt get big and running doesn't. I build muscle in my lower body fairly quickly and have to avoid spinning and weight training. And sadly my clothes fit better when I don't run, but oh well I like it too much to never do it. Why can't they make clothes for people with more "athletic builds"? :)
