Yesterday at work, I moved offices.
Everything was going well with setting up my equipment until the phone. For some reason we could not get the phone to work. Three of us tried multiple things to get the phone to work. Nothing. It was finally decided my phone jack did not work. After a helpful conversation with IT, I decided to take matters into my own hands. The solution...
Use a phone jack in the hallway! Bam...problem solved!!! Sure, there's a phone cord running down the hallway, but I found a solution.
You know, I really should change the title of this post. It shouldn't be Ghetto Fabulous. It should be Resourceful Woman or Getting Sh*t Done!!!

my hubby's office is rigged too. Good for you to solve this problem.
Is it a two-line phone??
Better make sure when you put someone on hold that they can't still hear you.
