Friday
I had a relaxing Friday. I slept in, got a pedicure, went shopping, and ate with my family.
Friday night some friends and I went out to celebrate my birthday. Yes, my birthday was this weekend. Saturday I turned the big 2-7! Here are some pictures from the evening….

SundayThe family celebrated my birthday. Check out the cake my mom and Sister #2 made me. After I ate the bottom left corner I went and ran 8 miles. No, I really did. No one believes me, but I promise I ran all 8 miles.

I am so sad that I missed the birthday fun. And I am way impressed with the 8 miles.
I have been wondering how your weekend was. Looks exciting. I would rather run the 8 miles with you instead of going to a zoo!! If I want to see animals, I will watch Animal Planet in my living room!!
My brackets are pretty fun looking. The top two are almost perfect then the bottom two, I think I won two games!! Stupid Vandy and Duke screwed me up. I thought Duke was a good team.

Wow, that sounds eerily similar to my weekend. Well, except for the birthday. And the trip to the zoo. And the bunny cake. And the running 8 miles. And my bracket hasn't yet gone to crap.
Well, maybe not all that similar. But I did celebrate Easter and watch basketball.
